DUI Professor Kellee C. Parker graduated in 2002 from California State University, Long Beach with the most prestigious honors of Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.  She spent the following year after graduation serving as the Constituent Services Specialist for a local assemblymember.  Next, Ms. Parker attended law school at Chapman University School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Parker served as a criminal defense law clerk for both the Office of the Orange County Public Defender and the firm of Buckner, Khouri, Chavos and Mirkovich.  Professor Parker graduated Cum Laude in May 2006 with her Juris Doctorate degree and was admitted to the California State Bar.

Ms. Parker became an associate of Buckner, Khouri, Chavos, and Mirkovich where she was given the opportunity to represent numerous clients in the areas of administrative law and criminal defense.  In 2007, DUI Attorney Parker joined forces with a solo practitioner and practiced criminal law with an emphasis on DUI defense for two years.  Also in 2007, DUI defense Attorney Parker began teaching at California State University, Long Beach with the Criminal Justice Department.  Attorney Parker currently teaches Criminal Court Processes and Criminal Procedure at the University.

Attorney Parker opened her own DUI and criminal defense practice, Parker Law Center, and was deemed the DUI Professor.  DUI Professor Parker is licensed to practice law across the State of California and within the federal United States District, Central District Court system.

DUI Professor Parker is a skilled DUI attorney that passionately represents her clients, many of whom are facing a variety of complex misdemeanor and felony DUI charges.  Ms. Parker fiercely advocates for her clients in all stages of the criminal and DMV processes.  This has made her successful in receiving case reductions, alternative sentencing, and set asides of license suspensions for her clients.

Attorney Parker is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, California DUI Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.  These organizations help to keep her informed on the latest issues involving drinking and drinking offenses.  Ms. Parker attends monthly workshops and dinners covering topics such as breath test devices, closing arguments, and DMV hearings.  DUI Professor Parker has also been certified by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
